The Tuscan is a private property office in Tuscany. It is not an estate agency: it holds no property inventory and takes no commission from sellers.
The office is built around three questions: how properties change hands in Italy, which independent professionals to work with, and where a foreign buyer is exposed.
The office coordinates independent professionals and collaborators across Tuscany: surveyors, architects, lawyers, builders and local contacts, and, at the deed, the notary. The buyer deals with one office.
