Privacy notice

This notice explains how the office handles the details you give when you write to it through this site. It is kept short and in plain terms.

In force from 3 October 2026.

1. Who we are

This site, thetuscan.com, is operated by Bluim S.r.l. (“the office”), which is the controller of the details described here.

  • Address: Viale Vittorio Veneto 24, 59100 Prato (PO), Italy
  • Tax code and VAT number (CF – P. IVA): 02057810976
  • Contact for privacy requests: [email protected]

2. What the office collects

Through the private enquiry form:

  • first and last name;
  • email address;
  • telephone number, only if you choose to give it;
  • the message you write, if any;
  • your tick in the consent box of the form, recorded with the date and time of your enquiry.

Please do not put health details or other sensitive information in your message.

When you visit the site, the services that deliver and protect it receive technical data: your IP address, the page requested, your browser type and the time of the request. This is kept in server logs and used to deliver the pages, keep them secure and count visits.

3. Why the office uses your details

  • To read your enquiry and reply to it. Basis: steps taken at your request before any agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • To keep the site secure and to count visits in aggregate. Basis: the office’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).
  • To meet legal obligations, such as tax and accounting rules, if a relationship follows. Basis: Article 6(1)(c).

Giving your details is voluntary, but the office cannot reply without a name and an email address. The office takes no automated decisions and does no profiling.

4. Messages from the office

The office uses your email address to reply to your enquiry. Your details are not used for promotional messages.

If someone used your address without your knowledge, write to the contact address above and the details will be removed.

5. Who receives your details

Apart from the office, only providers that handle data on its behalf receive your details:

  • Netlify: hosts and delivers the site.
  • Cloudflare: network protection and speed, and visit counts (see section 10).
  • Supabase: the database where enquiries are stored, and the server functions that send the notification.
  • Resend: sends the notification email to the office.
  • Google: the office’s email service.
  • Google, for the typefaces, and bolt.new, for a small badge script: technical requests that carry your IP address.

Where strictly necessary, the office also consults legal or tax advisers. Your details are not sold, rented or disclosed for commercial distribution.

6. Transfers outside the EEA

Some providers are based in the United States or operate worldwide. Where your details leave the European Economic Area, the transfer takes place only in compliance with Chapter V of the GDPR, including Standard Contractual Clauses or other recognised safeguards.

7. How long the office keeps your details

If no professional relationship is established, enquiries are generally deleted or anonymised within 24 months of the last relevant contact, unless a longer period is needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

If a relationship is established, details are kept as Italian civil, tax and accounting rules require.

8. Your rights

You may ask the office for access to your details, correction, erasure, restriction of use, a portable copy, or object to a use based on legitimate interest. Where you gave permission, you may withdraw it at any time; this does not affect what was done before.

Write to the contact address above. The office replies within one month and may ask you to confirm your identity.

9. Complaints

You may complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it). Visitors in the United Kingdom may also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). You may also complain to the authority of the country where you live or work.

10. Cookies and similar technologies

On an ordinary visit the site itself sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. It uses no advertising, social-media or profiling tools.

The providers that deliver the site may set a strictly necessary security cookie in their own responses, for example Cloudflare’s bot-protection cookie, which lasts up to 30 minutes. Strictly necessary technical cookies need information, not consent. The site shows no cookie banner. If the site later adds anything that needs consent, this notice will say so and a choice will be offered first.

The site counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. According to Cloudflare, this service uses no cookies or local storage on your device and does not fingerprint visitors.

To show its typefaces, your browser loads them from Google, which receives your IP address.

A small badge script is loaded from bolt.new, the site builder, which receives your IP address.

Pages that carry the enquiry form ask the database service for the contact options shown beside the enquiry button; that request carries your IP address. The WhatsApp and Telegram buttons lead to those services only if you click them, and they then handle your data under their own terms.

Signing in to the private client area, where one is offered to you, keeps a session entry in your browser while you are signed in.

11. Security

The office uses reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your details, including encrypted connections to the site. No online service can be guaranteed free of risk.

12. Children

The site is meant for adults. The office does not knowingly collect details from children. If you think a child has written to the office, write to the contact address above and the details will be deleted.

13. General information

General information, not advice. Rules change. Nothing on this site is tax, financial or legal advice, or real estate brokerage; check with a qualified professional.

14. Changes to this notice

The office may update this notice. The date at the top shows the version in force. Where a change matters to you, the office will say so on the site.
